HISTORY AND PAPERWORK
This is a totally original rot free example, having spent its life in Western Australia, and converted by Dove Campers from new. The general condition is nicely patinated and is in a lovely slightly tatty, original condition. I have had the engine and gearbox rebuilt which have covered less than 500 KLM's since , with new brakes also fitted. The pop top is in really good order, and everything inside is exactly as it was when fitted. I have also fitted a new "rock and roll" bed/ seat in the rear too. This is an unusual model having the auto gearbox, and drives strongly and well. This car has only had three owners and has covered 114,000 Kms only, and is right hand drive from new.
 
PAINTWORK, EXTERIOR AND OVERALL CONDITION
The paintwork is completely original, and is nicely worn, but not worn out. The wheel arches, underfloor and structure is rot free.
 
INTERIOR CONDITION AND ACCESSORIES
The interior is totally original, unmolested, and unchanged from new although I have ordered new curtains ..
 
MECHANICS AND PREVIOUS WORK
The engine was rebuilt 5 or 6 years ago, by DMC Services in Perth, Western Australia. The cylinder heads were reconditioned, crank bearings, piston rings and torque converter replaced with all invoices present .
